The members link would populate the inside frame and provide links for newsletter, board members, committees and links to scholorships. It would also likely contain links to NCEA guidelines. It should first require a member login to access Secure items.

The Registration link would populate the window with links to the NCEA conference or to PILD, or other regional and national events. Should also include a way to register as a member of NCEA. Conference registration should default to CARI for credit card transactions and all.

The training link would inform members of professional improvement events we might be holding or others regionally that would be of interest. It could also hold Breeze or archived Webex files for viewing. Onclick of a training item would launch the file or link to outside resource.

The news item would contain general news and information such as open positions, new member bio's, etc.

The reports link would populate the lower frame with links to PDF's of board reports by chair or committee. We could also include a link to archived reports for download only

The hot topics link would populate the window with whatever the hot topic might be. Could be links, photos, info, anything.

THe contact us would link to default email as a contact to the web administrator.

The footer could be changed to whatever we wanted with additional breadcrumbs or links

I did not add a search bar to the above, but we should likely include one. If UNL allows, I would use their bar, otherwise Google or Yahoo.
